Helping you live safely and independently
From 1 November 2025, Intrinsic Health will deliver allied health services under the Australian Government’s new Support at Home Program, replacing Home Care Packages (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC).
Support at Home provides a simpler and more flexible way for older Australians to access the help they need to live independently and confidently at home.

Support at Home combines existing aged care programs into a single, easy-to-navigate model.

Clients can adjust their supports as needs change, promoting independence and choice.
3. Transparent pricing
All costs — including travel, administration, and reporting — are built into an hourly rate for clarity and fairness.
4. Focused on quality and safety
Providers must meet strengthened national quality standards and compliance requirements.
Support at Home is designed to make aged care more straightforward and responsive. It provides older Australians with access to services that help them stay at home for longer and maintain their health, mobility, and independence.
The program funds a range of supports — including allied health, nursing, assistive technology, and home modifications — delivered by registered providers.
At Intrinsic Health, our clinicians work closely with clients, families, and care coordinators to tailor support to individual goals.
We provide the following allied health services under Support at Home:
- Occupational Therapy – home safety, equipment prescription, and home modifications
- Physiotherapy – strength, balance, mobility, and falls prevention
- Speech Pathology – communication, swallowing, and mealtime management
All services are available in-home, in-centre, or via telehealth, depending on your needs and location.

Register your details and request an aged care assessment.
2. Receive your assessment outcome confirming eligibility and funding level.
3. Choose Intrinsic Health as your provider.
We will work with you to design a plan tailored to your goals, routines, and preferred way of living.
If you are already receiving a Home Care Package, you do
not need to reapply — your services will automatically transition to the new Support at Home Program.
